The documents were not the career.
Each application required another reconstruction from selective, disconnected records.
About Sandery
Sandery began with a practical problem: every new professional decision required its founder to reconstruct years of work from old CVs, files and memory.

Founder–problem fit
Mitch Sandery is an Australian-qualified lawyer whose career has crossed economic advisory, principal-side corporate development and strategy across Australia, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
His work at Deloitte and Houlihan Lokey included cross-border advisory, technology acquisitions, integration, international market entry and commercial growth. The recurring task was to turn incomplete commercial, financial and operational information into defensible decisions.
The same discipline exposed a personal information problem. Old CVs preserved fragments. Job titles compressed the substance. AI could improve the presentation, but it could not recover professional evidence that had never been properly recorded.
From experience to company
Each application required another reconstruction from selective, disconnected records.
The first record was built around Mitch’s own work, context and contributions.
The missing asset was the professional record beneath it—and the products that could make that record useful.
Sandery today
Sandery currently works directly with founding clients to build richer Career Banks and apply them to immediate professional needs. The process is guided and human-reviewed while the integrated product experience develops.
Employers, roles and platforms change. The person continues. Their professional record should too.
