These terms apply to your use of sandery.co. For these terms, “Sandery” means Mitchell Sandery operating Sandery. Separate terms govern access to the Career Bank application and any client engagement.

The website describes Sandery’s developing services, principles and market interpretation. It is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, financial, investment, employment or other professional advice.
2. No client relationship through the website
Using the website, contacting Sandery or submitting a founding-client enquiry does not create a client, agency, recruitment or advisory relationship. An engagement begins only when its scope and applicable terms have been agreed separately.
3. Early-stage services
Sandery is in early development. Descriptions of planned products, interfaces or future possibilities are statements of direction rather than guarantees of availability, functionality or outcome. Illustrative interfaces are identified as such.
4. No guaranteed outcome
Career decisions and hiring outcomes depend on factors outside Sandery’s control. Sandery does not guarantee employment, interviews, promotion, selection, investment performance or any other professional outcome.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s design, original copy, research synthesis, frameworks, names and materials belong to Sandery or are used with permission. You may link to and quote brief portions with clear attribution. You may not reproduce substantial parts, present the material as your own, or use it to create a competing commercial product without permission.
6. External sources and links
Sandery Insights links to research, industry publications and practitioner commentary. External material remains the responsibility of its publisher. A link or citation does not imply endorsement of every statement made by that source.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, harvest information at scale or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
8. Availability and accuracy
Sandery may change, suspend or withdraw website content and does not promise uninterrupted availability. Reasonable care is taken with published material, but no representation is made that every item is complete, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sandery is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content or from the unavailability or misuse of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
