Career Bank

A professional record that develops with you.

A Career Bank captures what you did, the context in which you did it and the evidence that supports it—then preserves that understanding beyond any one document, employer or decision.

A different object

Not a longer CV. A source of truth.

A CV is a selective presentation for a particular purpose. The Career Bank is the fuller underlying record. It preserves the professional substance from which a CV, review, opportunity analysis or other output can be produced without rebuilding the career each time.

What it contains

The professional detail that conventional records compress away.

01 / EXPERIENCE

What you did

Roles, projects, transactions, responsibilities, contributions and progression—not only employers and titles.

02 / CONTEXT

What made it significant

Scale, constraints, stakeholders, decisions and the operating environment surrounding the work.

03 / EVIDENCE

What supports the account

Outcomes, supporting material and the factual basis for professional claims, with uncertainty preserved where it matters.

Guided Career Bank builds

Approved founding clients can build a Career Bank through a guided, human-reviewed engagement. The work currently combines existing material, direct input and review. The integrated application remains in controlled early access while the product experience develops.

Individual first

The record is built around you.

A Career Bank is not a public recruiter profile with more fields. It is designed to remain useful across jobs, employers, applications, reviews and career changes.

Your Career Bank is not published as a public profile. Sandery uses professional information to provide and develop its services, identify relevant professional possibilities and support your interests, subject to the applicable terms and controls.

Questions

What to know before beginning.

Who is the Career Bank designed for?

Sandery is beginning with experienced professionals whose work contains more substance than a conventional CV can preserve. See the founding-client programme for the current focus and application process.

Is the Career Bank the same as a CV?

No. The Career Bank is the fuller professional record. A CV is one selective output that can be created from it for a particular opportunity.

Why not keep everything in LinkedIn or a notes tool?

Both can be useful places to present or store information. The Career Bank is being designed specifically to preserve relationships between professional experience, context and supporting material so the record can be interrogated for different decisions over time.

What can the Career Bank support?

Sandery is developing applications for opportunity analysis, professional representation, performance and organisational intelligence. See Products for current status.

Is Sandery a conventional recruitment platform?

No. Sandery begins with the individual's Career Bank rather than an open vacancy or candidate database. Talent discovery and intermediation may become applications of richer professional intelligence, but they are not the organising principle of the record.
